My experience with Ejai loves homecare services is truly a Blessing. I have never in my life met someone who is so dedicated in helping another person. I'm speaking about the CEO Esther. To explain, we finally decided it was time for mom to come home after being at the nursing home for a year due to stroke. She was about to be discharged Wednesday before Thanksgiving and 3 weeks prior to that l have gone through 3 agencies because they couldn't find a creole speaking caregiver and not only that they could not fine an employee to do 5 days. When I say God is GOOD. It was God sent that in the last minute( where l was panicking because l have to be at work that Monday) l spoke with Esther and she listened to my concerns and WOW she successfully made things happen. Friday after Thanksgiving when l expected everyone to be off and enjoy that extra day, Esther sent a caregiver for an introduction and l immediately loved her ways. Indeed Marie was the one and has been working with mom ever since. She takes care of mom so wonderfully- l feel so good about that.However, to continue about Esther, she herself came to see us. I can't believe it. But, she has AN AMAZING HEART and for what she's been through with her first born son; l see why she wants to fight for other families. Again, she listens, she observes, and wants to make sure mom needs are met.Esther shows her compassion in what she does and goes beyond measures to assist the best way she can.l feel so comfortable with her. I am so Glad God made me meet her. All the time she shows me , she's with me in getting the best care for mom and lm not alone. I'm telling you my experience so far has surpassed my expectations that l feel at ease. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I highly recommend Ejai loves homecare.
