Your care is the result of a deep, companywide commitment to meeting the highest professional, ethical, and safety standards. Every EJAI health care professional is supervised by a registered nurse (RN) clinical manager. At an even higher level, EJAI maintains our own team of clinical specialists who make regular quality visits across the company to assess care standards and provide education to our managers and care teams.
EJAI verifies work history, credentials, references, and performs thorough background checks. Our care professionals also undergo an in-depth interview process and annual skills assessments with ongoing training and supervision after hire. They must also demonstrate a commitment to delivering care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
